At Marshal Training, we are committed to improving the way our learners and partner companies verify the authenticity of the certificates we issue. Today, we are excited to introduce a new feature that enhances security, transparency, and convenience: Online Certificate Verification.
This upgrade is part of our ongoing effort to modernize our training systems and ensure that every certificate issued by Marshal Training can be validated quickly and reliably.
What’s New?
Starting this July, all certificates issued by Marshal Training will now include a unique QR code printed directly on the document. When scanned, this QR code will take you to our official verification page, where you can easily confirm and verify the certificate details.
This ensures that employers, auditors, and compliance teams can easily and conveniently verify credentials without needing to contact us manually.
Which Certificates Can Be Verified?
This new verification system supports:
✔ All certificates issued in 2026
Whether newly issued or previously issued earlier in the year, every 2026 certificate can now be verified using the QR code or by entering the certificate number manually.
Certificates issued before 2026 are not yet included in the verification system. However, we are actively working on expanding QR and online verification to older certificates as part of our upcoming digital upgrade. Our goal is to make all Marshal Training certificates verifiable in the near future.
How It Works
1. Scan the QR Code on the Certificate
Use your phone’s camera or any QR scanning app. You will be redirected to our secure verification page.
2. Enter the Certificate Details
Enter the certificate number and click on ‘Verify’.
Format: MT-XXXX-XXXX-XX (Where X represents your unique certificate digits.)
3. Verify and Confirm the Certificate Details
The system will display the following certificate information associated with that unique certificate number:
- Certificate No
- Participant Name
- Company
- Course Title
- Course Date
- Expiry Date
